Here in the office, we like to keep up to date with what is going on with our clients, and support tickets, especially when we're not sat at the computer. We use Perfex CRM to manage our clients, and use this as our main support system.

The main issue we encountered was a delay in seeing support tickets come in, so we developed a module that allows us to use the Pushover Application (Available on Android, iOS and PC's) to be able to provide an instant notification when a support ticket is raised, so we can jump on and resolve the issue straight away.

We released this plugin on Envato Market, and has thus grown to provide more notifications on other elements of the Perfex CRM, such as invoice payments, and project completions.
